By using shopjos.in and placing an order with SHOPJOS, you agree to the following terms.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe our craft and DIY supplies accurately, including price, category, and stock availability. Colors and finishes on physical items may vary slightly from what is described, as is common with handmade and craft materials.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you complete checkout with either Cash on Delivery or UPI payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments via QR code. For UPI payments, please ensure you complete the payment before confirming your order; we manually verify UPI payments before dispatch.

Limitation of liability

SHOPJOS is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
